How do I create an account?

You can sign up using your email, Google account, or Sign in with Apple directly from the login screen.

How do I track a workout?

Tap the "+" button on the main screen, select your exercises, log your sets, reps and weight, then save your workout.

Is my data synced across devices?

Yes. All your workout data is securely synced via the cloud and available on all your devices where you sign in with the same account.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage or cancel your LiftWave PRO subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Open LiftWave > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings > Export Data to download your workout history as a CSV file.
