Welcome to LiftWave. By downloading, installing, or using LiftWave ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
LiftWave is a fitness tracking application that allows you to log workouts, track body measurements, and monitor your progress. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
LiftWave offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("LiftWave PRO"). LiftWave PRO is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:
Prices shown above are reference prices in USD; the price and currency displayed by your store at checkout apply. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial when shown in the app and confirmed by the store. Payment is processed by Google Play or Apple, depending on where you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through that store before renewal. Any applicable trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Manage or cancel Android subscriptions in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions, or Apple subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including workout logs, body measurements, and progress photos. You are solely responsible for the content you provide. We do not claim ownership of your data.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LiftWave is a workout tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from exercises tracked in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiftWave and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings > Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play or the App Store, depending on where you subscribed.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
